Municipal Man Music & Media is actually Mark C and operates out of Toronto, ON.

Starting with a decades-long background in music, college-level training in Photography (Humber College, Toronto), and university-level education in literature and languages, I bring together a skill set which also includes web design, writing and composition, and image and video production.

ABOUT Municipal Man Music & Media

Municipal Man launched in 2016 with the e-zine Municipal Man of Mystery in the tradition of critical satire and polemical discourse. During the intervening time between then and now, the Municipal Man studio was set up and soon after audio/ video productions started appearing at Youtube and elsewhere.

Music and media is a perfect confluence of content-creating skills and experience. I am passionate about the creative process and revel in bringing conception into reality. I also believe in fair dealing and forging good relationships, so don’t let the wry comments and lack of corporate polish fool you.
